Why does delivery take 5–14 days?

We work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Each item is made to order rather than mass-produced, which helps us avoid overproduction and waste.

Because your item is created specifically for you, delivery typically takes 5–14 working days within the UK.

We appreciate your patience, intentional production is part of how we grow sustainably.

Is the quality good even though it’s print-on-demand?

Yes.

We carefully select our garments and printing methods to ensure strong fabric quality and long-lasting prints.

We also recommend checking:

  • Product photos

  • Instagram posts

  • Our review videos

This gives you a realistic feel for fit, texture and print finish before ordering.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We always aim to handle issues fairly and quickly.

How do I wash my items?

To maintain print quality, we recommend:

  • Washing inside out

  • Washing at 30°C

  • Avoiding tumble drying

  • Air drying when possible

The prints are durable, but these steps help extend garment life.

Can I return or refund an item if I change my mind?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or ordering mistakes.

We strongly recommend checking:

  • The sizing guide

  • Product descriptions

  • Media previews

before placing your order.

This policy allows us to operate sustainably and avoid waste.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders enter production quickly after purchase.

If you need to cancel, email us immediately. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel it. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy (AWC)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a problem, we will make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • The print is defective or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was lost during delivery (after investigation)

Within 14 days of receiving your order, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–5 working days after approval (bank times may vary)

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the situation.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your item as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact the delivery carrier first.

  • Then email us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges due to our made-to-order production model.

If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing chart on each product page before ordering.
